Digital Products — Instant Delivery
Digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase. You will receive an email with your download link immediately after payment is confirmed. Downloads are also available on your order confirmation page.

Physical Products — Shipping
We process and ship physical orders within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary by location:
- Domestic (US): 5–10 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order Tracking: Once your physical order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Lost or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at jadeyount88@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
